Sizes
Use the size conversion chart to help choose the correct size.
Please note that sizes do vary slightly from style to style.
Payment
All orders are to be paid in UK pounds. Pay by personal cheque (UK only). Or credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express accepted. Solo cards are not accepted. Credit card orders automatically convert (e.g. US Dollars) into UK Pounds.
Credit cards are authorized at time of order download but are only charged when goods are shipped.
We sometimes accept payment by bank wire if credit card or cheque is not possible. Please remember that banks often charge for this and the customer must pay all the bank charges.

Customs
Overseas customers may need to pay local customs duties, usually calculated as a percentage of the package value. To our knowledge E.C. customers will not need to pay customs.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days (UK and international) but please allow 28 days for delivery in the UK. Customers will be contacted if items are out of stock. We usually use a two working day courier (UK only) for delivery. Goods need to be signed for.
Returns
TRYING ON AND RETURNING SHOES
Please try shoes and boots on indoors with socks. If you do not like them or need to change them for a larger or smaller size, please return them marking the package "RETURNED GOODS" and enclose a note explaining action required. Shoes, boots and other products being returned must be in perfect and re-sellable condition. Please package the shoes when returning rather than writing on the box, -often the original packaging can be reused. We despatch a second pair at no extra postage cost (UK only). Overseas customers must also send return postage.

Refund Policy
Full refund given (less P&P) for goods returned unworn and in re-sellable condition within 28 days. Unless there is a fault with the item the customer must bear the cost of returning the package to Vegetarian Shoes.
